• Precision Coating Co., Inc. serves the global health care and medical device companies around the world coating medical devices such as guide wires, core wires, hypotubes and forming mandrels. PCCI works with customers from concept to commercialization. PCCI specializes in PTFE, FEP, PFA and other coating technologies.

• DCHN provides a range of specialized metal finishing services for orthopedic equipment and industrial manufacturers. It is the largest anodizing company on the east coast of the United States and is ISO-9001 and ISO- 13485 Certified for medical applications. Intellectual property and related technologies is licensed through a subsidiary company, The Sanford Process Corporation.

• Sanford Process Corporation provides patented innovations in aluminum anodizing. Sanford licenses and develops technologies and provides contract development work on an exclusive and non-exclusive basis.

For example, our subsidiary DCHN was the first full service metal finishing company attaining ISO-13485 accreditation.

Although our core technologies have been around for many years, there is a constant need to upgrade, refresh, and innovate. We have best-in-market coating tolerance capability within our Teflon coating subsidiary, Precision Coating Company Inc. At DCHN we have developed and commercialized with great success the revolutionary anodic coating technology, MICRALOX, based on microcrystalline phase changes.
